Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time roles. The starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs, with paid training and a clear path for advancement.

You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families. Eligible candidates join a growth-focused team with tuition scholarships and mentorship toward certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
