Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles. The position offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Direct Client Support.
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
