Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/CBT) to provide ABA therapy in multiple locations in Washington state. Availability includes weekdays and late afternoons. Earn starting rates of $30 per hour as an RBT and $26 per hour as a BT, with final pay determined by experience and education.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, plus supporting you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, document session data, and maintain quality.
