Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers hands-on experience and impact for individuals with autism.

Starting pay is $30/hour for RBT and $26/hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Paid training and a clear path for advancement are provided through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
