Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking qualified RBTs and BTs to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and BCBAs.

Starting pay is $30/hour for RBT and $26/hour for BT, with paid training and opportunities for mentorship and advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Applicants must have active certification and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through the WA Department of Health
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
