Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/CBT) roles across Tacoma, Auburn and Puyallup, WA. Starting pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour depending on certification and experience.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, deliver ABA therapy in varied settings, track progress, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain session data accurately.
