Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / CBT for a part-time position in Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup, WA. The role supports direct ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics with supervision from a BCBA.

You will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting session data and maintaining quality. Starting pay includes $30.00 per hour for RBT and $26.00 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience

Qualifications

Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through WA Department of Health.
High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
