ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy across Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup, WA. Starting pay is $30.00/hour for RBT and $26.00/hour for BT, with final compensation tied to experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of relevant experience (internships or related roles accepted).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
