Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington in Lynnwood / Everett, WA is hiring for part‑time roles: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/CBT) and BT.

Starting rates are $30.00/hr for CBT, $28.00/hr for RBT, and $26.00/hr for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through the ABA Academy to prepare for and pass the RBT exam; plus 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues; teach communication, social, and daily living skills; implement treatment plans under supervision; track progress and document data.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
