Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Maryland to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will work with children and adolescents with autism, delivering high-quality therapy in home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific ABA intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress; maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members for consistency of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
