Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children and adolescents under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and professionals to support skill development and positive behavior changes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; BA preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
