Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. The role offers flexible scheduling, career growth, and supportive supervision.

You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families. Must have RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license; travel up to 25% may be required; salary ranges are

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Must have strong verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisors and families.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and commute to locations, and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.
