Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves delivering high-quality therapy in home, school, and community settings using positive reinforcement.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and reliable, with experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to shape behaviors.
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families and BCBAs for continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings.
