Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism. You will implement individualized plans under supervision of a BCBA, apply positive reinforcement, and track progress in home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and possess strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
