Job summary

Succeed ABA, an ABA therapy provider in Indiana, seeks qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home settings. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement ABA interventions, and help children develop independent skills.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
