Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism in Indiana. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families with strategies to improve independence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in home and community settings.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare progress reports for caregivers.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency across services.
• Offer feedback to parents/guardians about daily activities and progress.
