Job summary

Succeed ABA, Indiana-based ABA Therapy provider, seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for children with Autism. Earn a competitive hourly rate and work within a supportive team under supervision of BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of the client.
