Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center in West Windsor, NJ is hiring part-time RBT therapists for after-school, evening and weekend shifts at our outpatient pediatric center. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA, support families, and document progress in our system.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of autism/ABA experience and a passion for helping children reach their potential. We offer coursework to obtain RBT and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism and using ABA methodologies.
• coursework to obtain RBT at our Center will be provided if interested.

Responsibilities

• Use ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting, shaping).
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
• Minimize disruptive behaviors and respond to challenges.
• Create engaging, motivating ABA sessions for each child.
• Collect data and track progress using an online system.
• Support parents, teachers, and caregivers to apply programs universally.
• Implement programs designed by BCBA.
