Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center in Manalapan, NJ is seeking dedicated RBT therapists to join our outpatient pediatric center. We offer after school, early evening, and weekend shifts with a focus on ABA-based therapy for children with autism and related developmental needs.

Responsibilities include teaching ABA, social, and daily living skills; collecting data using an online system; and supporting families and teachers to apply progress across home and school.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism & using ABA methodologies.
• We will provide coursework to obtain RBT at our Center, if interested.

Responsibilities

• Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
• Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
• Create engaging sessions to maximize performance for each child.
• Collect data on ABA programming targets using an online system.
• Support parents, teachers, and caregivers to implement programs across environments.
• Implement programs designed by BCBA.
