Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center in West Windsor, NJ, is hiring part-time RBT therapists for our outpatient pediatric center. Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules to support children and families.

We provide ABA-based therapy with on-site RBT training; minimum 1 year experience with autism is required. Associates or Bachelor's in ABA is preferred. Competitive rates with benefits offered to part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism and using ABA methodologies is required.
• We will provide coursework to obtain RBT at our Center, if interested.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use ABA principles such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
• Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
• Create a fun, motivating experience to maximize performance for each child.
• Collect data on ABA programming targets and enter into an online system.
