Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center seeks dedicated RBT therapists for daytime shifts at our Outpatient Pediatric Center in West Windsor, NJ. Join a supportive team delivering ABA-based therapy to children with ASD and related challenges, with opportunities for coursework to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism & using ABA methodologies is required.
• We will provide coursework to obtain RBT at our Center, if interested.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA.
• Use reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
• Respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
• Create a fun, motivating experience to maximize performance for each child.
• Collect data on ABA targets and track progress in an online system.
