Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center in Edison, NJ is hiring a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) for daytime, part-time positions. The role involves delivering ABA therapy to children with autism, under BCBA supervision, with flexible daytime and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with autism and ABA
• RBT coursework available through the center
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in ABA is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills
• Respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors
• Collect data on programming targets using an online system
• Support parents, teachers, and caregivers to extend learning at home and school
• Implement programs designed by BCBA
