Action Behavior Centers in Mokena, IL is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities within a supportive team.

This role offers predictable hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays, paid RBT certification support, and clear growth paths toward leadership positions and BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
