Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role follows structured treatment plans, collects session data, and supports learning through engaging activities.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. Competitive pay by education level, with full-time hours and growth opportunities within ABC’s supportive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to be active with young children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
