Action Behavior Centers in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays; location at 3927 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60618.

Immediate start, active RBT certification required, paid training and RBT certification, and opportunities for growth. ABC offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a supportive culture focused on helping kids grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace around young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
