Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chicago, IL. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.

• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
