Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role supports BCBA-developed plans and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care within a collaborative team.

The position offers part-time hours with AM and/or PM shifts, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities as the team expands. Candidates must maintain reliability and a strong commitment to client progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA or with children is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
