Hidden-Light-Aba in Texas City is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and support in implementing behavior intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 therapy, collect data, collaborate with the treatment team, and help develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities
