Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring an RBT to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision. The role focuses on direct 1:1 therapy and precise data collection to support treatment goals.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT Certification, has experience with children or developmental disabilities, and is comfortable applying behavioral therapy techniques in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in development of individualized care plans; maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
