Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

The role provides direct 1:1 therapy, data collection on targeted behaviors, and collaboration with a treatment team to ensure consistent care and growth opportunities. RBT certification and compassionate approach required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
