Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.

You will provide direct 1:1 therapy, collect data on targeted behaviors, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure consistency in implementation and compassionate care, with ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
