Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and implement behavior intervention plans. The role involves direct 1:1 therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will help ensure consistent application of behavior plans and contribute to developing individualized care plans while maintaining accurate client records. This is an opportunity for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications
