Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a clinical setting in San Antonio, TX. The RBT will implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, provide direct 1:1 therapy, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.
