Hidden-Light-Aba in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing 1:1 therapy.

Ideal candidates will hold an RBT certification, demonstrate compassionate communication, data collection skills, and be able to collaborate with a treatment team to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
