Job summary

Aluma Care in Swanzey, NH is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We deliver evidence-based therapy to kids in homes, schools, or clinics, with supportive supervision and opportunities for certification.

This role offers flexible schedules, part-time or full-time options, paid training, and career advancement. Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Swanzey, NH]
