Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings in Durham, NH. You will work under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

The role offers flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for training and career advancement in a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or work with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Durham, NH]
