Job summary

Aluma Care in Keene, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and work collaboratively with BCBA supervision.

This role offers 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for certification assistance and career advancement. Ideal candidates will have RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma, pass a background check, and

Responsibilities

• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Keene, NH]

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
