Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Lyndeborough, NH. This role offers 1:1 therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings, under a BCBA-designed plan.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and staff, and help maintain a positive, safe therapy environment. Flexible scheduling and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Lyndeborough, NH]

Skills and Qualifications:
