Job summary

Aluma Care in Gorham, NH is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following BCBA-designed plans to support children’s progress.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement. A High School diploma is required; RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is essential. Some travel may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Gorham, NH]

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
