Job summary

Aluma Care in Meredith, NH is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. This role is vital in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in diverse settings, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Ideal candidates will have their RBT certification or be willing to obtain it. The position offers competitive pay rates between $21 and $25 per hour, along with flexible schedules and various benefits to make a meaningful impact in children's

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21 - $25/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Skills and Qualifications:
