Job summary

Aluma Care in Newmarket, NH is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role provides 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed treatment plan, with emphasis on progress data collection and client safety.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts offered, with travel to local families and competitive hourly pay between $18

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
