Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, seeks a compassionate RBT to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support parent training to help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Applicants should have current RBT certification (or be willing to obtain one) and reliable transportation. Full-time and part-time roles are available with paid training and PTO.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician with Budding Futures, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals

• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
