Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.

You will also support parent training goals, communicate professionally with families and the clinical team, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust plans as needed. Paid training provided; both full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children required.
• Reliable transportation required.

About The Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications
