Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and families in the Denver, CO area under supervision by a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals to promote meaningful progress.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Willingness to obtain RBT certification is encouraged, and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

About The Role
