Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Denver-based ABA program, delivering 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data in the client’s home.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home ABA, coordinating with families and the clinical team, supporting parent training goals, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
