Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Indiana is seeking dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our growing team. You will support ABA therapy sessions, collect data, implement teaching techniques, and collaborate with BCBA supervision.

We welcome candidates pursuing a degree in psychology or related fields; completion of the 40-hour RBT training is preferred, and a valid RBT certificate is encouraged. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Chart ABA data and track improvements in the child’s abilities.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (DRA, shaping, prompting, etc.).
• Follow programming objectives and treatment plans (BIP if applicable).

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18yearsofageorolder.
• Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
• Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.

• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold
