Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team and grow in Mishawaka, Indiana. You will implement ABA techniques, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support children and families in-home.

Ideal candidates have a 40-hour RBT training, excellent communication, and a reliable, compassionate approach. We provide training and supervision as part of our dedicated ABA program.

Qualifications

• Requires 40-hour RBT training completion.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Charting and collecting ABA/skill data during sessions.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (DRA, shaping, prompting, etc.).
• Follow programming objectives and treatment plans.

• CurrentlyworkingtowardsaBachelor’sdegreeinPsychology,SpecialEducationorrelatedfield preferred but not necessary.
• Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18yearsofageorolder.
• Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
• Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.
• Abilitytolift50pounds.

• Willmeetwithsupervisorweeklyorinaccordancewith theclient’streatmentplan todiscussprogress,program development,andanalyzingofdataofchild.
• Notesshouldbetakendailyin Rethinkduringthelast15minutesofthe session.
• Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold

Job Responsibilities

• ChartingandcollectingABA andskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild.
• ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
• Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable)
