Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our growing team in Indiana. This in-home therapy role involves implementing ABA teaching techniques, collecting data, and supporting treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have 40-hour RBT training or are pursuing related education, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a valid driver’s license. Must be 18+ and willing to travel for home visits.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children in behavioral settings preferred but not required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification encouraged; will train if not currently registered.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Chart and collect ABA data on child progress during sessions.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques including reinforcement and prompting.
• Follow treatment plans and participate in progress reviews with BCBA.

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18yearsofageorolder.
• Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
• Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.

• Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold
