Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is expanding its team in Indiana and seeks a dynamic Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy sessions with children. The role emphasizes respectful, engaging client interaction and strict data collection to guide treatment progress.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a 40-hour RBT training, and hold or are pursuing related education. Training is provided for those not yet certified; a valid driver’s license is required for travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred but not necessary.
• Experience working directly with children within a behavioral format preferred but not necessary.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if not currently registered)
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Chart ABA and skill data on the child’s abilities and progress.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (e.g., differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading).
• Follow programming objectives and adhere to the treatment plan (including BIP when applicable).
• Maintain notes and data with parent signatures for in-home sessions and communicate progress to the BCBA.

• Notesshouldbetakendailyin Rethinkduringthelast15minutesofthe session.
• Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold
