Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in the United States is seeking motivated Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our growing team. You will provide in-home ABA sessions to children, implementing strategies under BCBA supervision to support skill development and behavior support.

Required: 40-hour RBT training, driving license with a safe record, age 18+, and strong communication with families. Certification is encouraged; we provide training if needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged; we will train if not yet certified.
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communicationskills.
• Experience working with children in a behavioral format is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Charting and collecting ABA and skill data on the child’s progress.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (e.g., prompting, shaping, task analysis).
• Follow program objectives and treatment plan (BIP when applicable).

• Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18yearsofageorolder.
• Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
• Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.

• Notesshouldbetakendailyin CentralReachduringthelast 15minutesofthe session.
• Session  notes  require  parent  signatures  for  in-home  therapy  sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken  on devices  given  by Majestic Care  ABA,  and  not  personal  devices.
• Keep  aweekly reinforcement  checklists  and  let BCBA  know  if anything  additional  is  needed.
• Maintain  clean  and  organized  toys  and  materials.
• Notresponsible  for  other  children  in  the  household

• ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
